Our group works with communities to address and prevent substance misuse by utilizing the Strategic Prevention Framework model. We also can assist conducting a resource and gap analysis across the continuum of care with a focus on prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery.
Opioid Response Planning
Impact Community Planning Group assists organizations in developing and implementing comprehensive plans to address the opioid epidemic across the Continuum of Care.
